THE NEW CONTENDERS
The following is a list of fighter from other games, books, movies, and characters submitted by other players. Some can be used in the Street Fighter universe - others are presented just for the heck of it, to fight it out for fun (If your character beats Batman, he's good, real good)! I'm constantly working on making new additions, so be on the lookout for them.
CHARACTER FORMAT
Character are usually listed in the following format -

(Where taken from, Copyright information, Artist (if any))
From:
Where the character is from - a fighting game, a submission, a comic book, etc.
Cpoyright/Artist:
who owns all copyright to this character's image and background, and the artist who made the picture of this character, if any.
Real Name:
The character's real name, if known
Personality*:
From Street Fighter: Alpha rules
Trademark:
What the character is known for (from Dogs of War)
Team:
The group the character represents
Occupation:
What the character does (from Dogs of War)
Home:
Where the character is from (from Dogs of War)
Style:
The fighting style the character uses. This may be a official Style from the Storyteller game, one of those appearing on the Dogs of War page, or a unique or very rare style listed for just this character (I may make up these Styles later or accept them from people wanting to submit their versions).
Concept:
A basic summary of the character in a word or two
Signature:
What the character does after a won battle
Stats:
9 numbers will be given here, in this order - STR, DEX, STM, CHA, MAN, APP, PER, INT, WIT (Strength, Dexterity, Stamina, Charisma, Manipulation, Appearance, Perception, Intelligence, Wits)
Abilities:
The abilities and ratings for the character.
Backgrounds:
Backgrounds that the character might have. Backgrounds with a (*) indicate they are from other Street Fighter books, while Backgrounds with a (**) are from Dogs of War.
Techniques:
The character's Techniques, given as an abbreviation PKBGAF (punch, kick, block, grab, athletics, focus) or Chain/Whip (C/W), Paired Swords (Sx2), Sword (Sw), knife (Kn), Club (Cb), Archery (Ar), Thrown weapons (Th), Spear (Sp), Flail (Fl), Rapier (Rp), Staff (St), Axe (Ax), Garrote (Gr), Exotic Weapon (EW - will include the weapon). Some characters might also have the following Weapon Techniques; Pistol/Handgun (P/H), Rifle (Rf), Shotgun (Sh), Machine Gun (MG), Gunner (Gn).
Special Maneuvers:
All known special maneuvers the character possesses. This may include special maneuvers from The Encyclopedia Combatica (see download on the main page).
Combos:
If the character has any special combo maneuvers, they will be listed here, as well as if they are Dizzy Combos.
Unique Abilities:
Some characters may have unique powers and abilities. They are listed here.
Blessings*:
Special optional benefits from Dogs of War.
Burdens*:
Special weaknesses from Dogs of War.
Equipment:
A listing of the character's weapons and gear.
Renown:
The character's Honor and Glory
Division / Rank:
Some character's may receive this statistic, but most will have N/A listed here.
Heart / Darkness*:
The character's Heart and Darkness rating from Dogs of War.
Chi / Willpower / Health:
The characters Chi, Willpower, and Health, in that order.
Notes:
The character's history and events that shaped his or her life, his/her personality, etc.
