 Arjan
Arjan is a retired bounty hunter from the Unclaimed Territories. He has been recruited as a guide fo the Republic. He knows of many orginizations and criminal groups that could be of use to the Republic, and he knows many hiding places.
Having a checkered past, Arjan has been everything from a starfighter pilot, livestock herder, a bounty hunter, prisioner and scout.
Arjan does not consider himself part of the Republic, but does trust Molok and others in the group to do their jobs. He especially admires the combat efficitveness of the force-users in the group, but does not fully unerstand the ways of the jedi.
Although Arjan has a violent past, he hopes that the galaxy can see the end of the Empire and that peace will come to the Lost Sector.

 Argo, Jessa
Jessa is an optimistic senator with strong skills of persuasion and investigation. She is strong willed and often travels without the support of the Republic to try to bring worlds to fight against the Empire. Her knowledge of Bureaucracy makes her very valuable when dealing with alien worlds, often allowing her to get a feel for the way things work in most governments within a few hours of study.
Corvin hints at a possible fondness for the senator in a sarcastic sort of way, and Jessa does the same. Is it possible that the two opposites might be attracted to each other?
Jessa has always had an attraction to the "other side of the coin", finding herself drawn to the type of men with tough exteriors. She often tried going out with other "noble" types, but found herself falling for Dack Ramis, a smuggler. However, she discovered that Dack was also seeing another woman, and their relationship ended.
Recently, Dack has found Jessa again, being in of the sector that was moved in the explosion of the Vaulter. He told her how he wastorn apart by losing her, and she has found herself attracted to him once again. Corvin has noticed this as well, and is not pleased by it.
Actress picture here unknown; pencil artwork of Jessa (2 concepts) below by J. Scott Pittman
Jessa owns a rust-red 6P0 unit that is eager to help her in any aspect of her diplomatic obligations. Jessa is quite fond of the droid and comes to his defense when his mannerisims start to annoy the less patient.

 Barmon, Torbet
A streetwise gambler, Torbet has been to more space ports than most people have heard of. Never failing to take an opportunity to make (and sometimes lose) a credit, Torbet has made many friends (including Corvin) and enemies. Due to his ability to charm most people in the underworld and his knowledge of the inner worlds of the Lost Sector, Torbet has become a member of the Republic that could be able to set up underground supply lines and information rings that others could not.
While on FeeYou, Torbet met Annunus, a beautiful Iluni female that he began to have deep feelings for. Annunus felt the same, and the two began talk of leaving the sectors and finding a home away from the wars.
Torbet has never been quick to fight, and has actively sought to avoid combat when possible. However, Annunus was killed by a barrage of laser fire from the Empire and Sith Troopers. It remains to be seen wether this will cause Torbet to pick up his blaster and fight or drive him further away from the goals of his allies.

 Brandenburg, Molok
Molok is a scout, and works with the Republic to explore the areas outside the Lost Sector. The youngest son of a minor bureaucrat from Corseraunt, he pilots the Pathfinder, a Survivor Mark IV scout ship, and is often companioned by his trusted R2-D3 droid he simply refers to as "3". However, Molok is no pushover even though he came from a wealthy family; he is tough, resourceful and streetwise.
Molok was recently attacked and almost killed by a Sith. His chest is deeply scarred from one side to the other, and he has a cough that comes and goes, due to the wounds he received to his lungs.
Recently, Molok has left his allies to be on his own once again, but has rejoined them and fights in the battles of the Shi blockade.

 Lon, Braku ( brake-who)
A dangerously headstrong force-sensitive pilot, Braku has often caused as much problems as he has solved. However, he has shown bravery and skill when needed. Sensing his connection to the Force, but fearing that his emotions might lead him to the Dark Side, Ceris has been training Braku in the ways of the force and using it for self-control.
Braku owns a R1 unit he saved from being scrapped. The droid is older and has less abilities, but is exremely loyal to Braku, almost as if it was thankful to be spared.

 Ceris, Tai
A lost member of the Jedi-like force adepts called the Jensaarai, Tai Ceris was in the Lost Sector when the energy field of the Spatial Wave Creator exploded. On her home world she was a recognized student that showed much promise, and known as a hero by some. Being attacked by Krung, the ship drifted for over a week before being found by the Pathfinder. She now works with the Republic, under the guise that she is indeed a Jedi. She doesn't tell others that she is a Jedi, but when it is always assumed she does not suggest otherwise.
Ceris is always very serious and focused, but this focus can break down under stressful situations (such as when she was defeayed by Darth Foul and barely escaped). She is not very social, and often does not speak at all. She mostly is either on missions or training. Some of the other heroes think of her as a partner and as a needed defense against the sith moreso than a friend.
Ceris' mother is a Jensaarai as well, and still resides on Suarbi 7/5, home of the Jensaarai. However, Ceris has never met her mother, as knowing one's parents is forbidden by the Jensaarai code. Instead, she was raised by Amille Khel, a teacher of their powers and beliefs.
Learning of the past failures of the Jedi in this sector (and being lost in this area before the I, Jedi novel which began a truce and even a sharing of knowledge between the Jedi and Jensaarai), Ceris beleives that the Jedi are weak and powerless. Meeting Sajo Farr, a jedi so well trained and so young, was suprising to her, but this one Jedi has not changed her opinion. She hates Sith and hunts them with passion.
Ceris is fond of the Cloudskippers, a bird-like creature from her home planet, and once had one as a pet.

 Jager, Corvin
(Pencil art by J. Scott Pittman)
Old friends with Torbet, Corvin is an ex-pirate, now working with the Republic to scout the areas outside the Lost Sector and fight against the Empire. Corvin is possibly the best of the heroes with a blaster, but is rather overconfident, often biting off more than he can chew. Corvin owns the Saber, but normally allows others to use the ship, prefering his recently aquired Forlorn Marauder.
Born on Kessell, Corvin's father was imprisoned under imperial law and Corvin never saw him again. By age 6, he was stealing for his faimily. At age 10, his mother sent him to his Aunt's house to help them, hoping it would turn him around to a more decent way of life. There he learned to drive a speeder and became fcinated by spaceships that he saw from around the galaxy. At age 14, he was arrested for "transporting stolen goods" and spent a year in a correction factility for young men. After that, he was drafted into the military service of Kessell, and learned to fly. During that time he met Captain Karas Lanar, and was in awe of the man and his ship, the Pierceskimmer. After leaving the force, Corvin found Lanar and joined his crew, and was soon the captain's right-hand man. At age 19, he had everything he had ever wanted - ships, adventure, women and wealth.
But it came at a price. His mother never approved of any of his behavior, and after he quit the military she became angry and fought with Corvin all the time, which Corvin did not understand. Finally, he could provide everything his mother should want. Fustrated, he left with captain Lanar, and has not seen his mother since. After 4 years of adventure and his captain showing him everything he knew, the Pierceskimmer was destroyed in battle near the remains of Aldaran while Corvin was away. His idol was dead.
Three years later, at the age of 25, Corvin has a reputation as "one of the best" but has lulled into boredom for the most part. On a routine mission to the Galactic Headquarters, he is sent near The Sadow Nebula and becomes one of the key figures in the battle that creates The Lost Sector.
Corvin hints at a possible fondness for the senator in a asarcastic sort of way, and Jessa does the same. Is it possible that the two opposites might be attracted to each other?
Corvin owns a black r5-b8 astromech unit. The unit stays in the background most of the time, while Corvin faces danger. It is an arrangement that the droid seems happy with.

 Straught, Onvee
A mechanic from the world of Jarintine, Onvee has a near-perfect memory and a genius-level intelligence. He can build, repair, modify and invent almost anything, including ships, droids and computers. He has become a sort of on-ship mechanic for the Pathfinder, which often needs repairs far away from known space. Molok is very capable of making these repairs, but finds that Onvee is often quicker at making them. Onvee is often quiet and "in the background", which is something that he does not mind, and is often not able to concentrate on simple tasks, being so wrapped up in his designs and other thoughts.
(Artwork by J. Scott Pittman)
Onvee owns a heavily modified R4-I6 unit that seems to have a bad attitude toward strangers. Many of the standard features of the R unit have been removed to include new devices such as specialized tools, multiple-type computer adaptors, and power builders (smaller than power droids use, but able to "jump start" smaller ships).

 Wavewalker, Cho
A man of apparently little talent, Cho joined the heroes when he was hired to spy on them. They helped him escape Feeyou, and since that time he has been helping them as much as possible, staying aboard either the Pathfinder, Saber or Marauder.
Cho has recently been helping the Garkan militay as an intelligence operative on Feeyou.

 Soleeth
The alien race known as the Zabrak are rare in the areas surrounding the Lost Sector, and finding them as force-users is even more so.
Soleeth was a youngling when the Iluni sectors were taken over and aliens of all kind were made into slaves, forced into other sectors or killed. His parents were killed and he and his brothers and sisters were sold into slavery when the new Iluni government was formed. Most of his life consisted of working in fields, cleaning and remembering his parents being killed. Through the years, he was seperated from his siblings until only he and his brother Kaleeth were together.
One day, a man came to Soleeth's master and wished to buy him and his brother. Soleeth learned that the man's former name was Darth Foul, but never learned more than that about the shadowy human. Foul demanded that Soleeth and his brother use their special powers, which he somehow knew of, to help free other slaves and gain revenge for the death of their parents. Soleeth accepted along side his brother and the two trained heavily for years.
Their studentship coming close to an end, Foul anounced that only one of them would be allowed to join him as his appentice. Choosing Soleeth, he demanded as a test of true loyalty that he kill his Kaleeth. Knowing then that he was not willing to go to any lengths, as he thought he was, he lowered his lightsaber.
Foul did not, and in a blinding flash killed Kaleeth and came after Soleeth, tempting him to use his anger to strike against his brother's killer. Soleeth ran, barely defending himself, until he reached an escape pod and launched himself to safety. Thinking he would be captured anyway, he was surprised when a group from the Republic picked him up. The relationship between the group was very shakey at first, but his new allies have come to trust that he has turned his back on the teachings of the Sith.

 Jaira (jay-eye-ra) Boom
Originally a close companion to captain Ragar, Boom was fixated on Molok after he defeated that captain in combat. Making herself apparent at almost every location Molok appeared, and offering her services again and again, Molok finally gave her her chance when he left the group to search for his revenge once again.
Since Molok's return, Boom has always been at his side. She is hot-headed and is quick to strike first, but seems to want to be a hero at heart. Not as experienced as Molok in military concerns, she has made a few mistakes that have caused the near-defeat of the captain, but at the same time is nearly as tough as Arjan when the time calls for it.
She was used by the Kazdan-Barr to attack Conros, and feels very badly for it.

Sajo Farr
A young woman of only 14 years of age, Sajo Farr is propably the strongest of any Jedi in her ability to speak with others over the vast distances of space, which has never been so fully realised by any other force-user. She has been a great asset in battle, and destroyed Darth Murderous in lightsaber combat. he own father killed by Molok, she has since suffered blackouts during combat, and has retreated into meditation and study, and offers advice. She also trains Corvin, and on occasion Jessa. However, she has refused to train Ceris when Ceris refused to practice the Jedi code. Her best student has been Soleeth, who had prior force training as a Sith.

Conros
Conros is a mysterious Jedi, discovered in hiding in the jungles of Feeyou. There he waited on Jestus to destroy him when the Sith emerged from his giding (Conros did not know Jestus was the Sith he sought to destroy).
Conros has been a valuable ally, knowing how to train those that are force-sensetive to protect themselves from the attacks of the Kazdan-Barr. He seems to be very interested in Corvin's training as a Jedi and has made it apparent that he wishes to spend much more time with him to complete that training.
Conros' physical body is unlike anything seen before. It is known that he lacks a cellular structure or seperated organs, but instead seems to be made of some type of organic strands of material that seem to change to suit the fuction called for at the moment, even brain functions. From the surface, this appears to be a sponge-like material, although it defys classification as plant or animal. To the eye he is white and very still, like a manaquin. He can change his features to a minor degree (shape only), and gives himself human-like qualities, such as ears, nose and a mouth. However, his eyes do not move (in fact, they are white and without pupils) and his mouth does not move when he speaks.
Philospohically, Conros is very different from the other heroes, which can be a source of great fustration to them. His ideas of logic and right and wrong do not always match up to the group's. He does not claim to be a member of the Republic, but a servant of the Force.
