BACKGROUND
Stardate: 56200.2Voyager has returned to Earth some time ago, and the federation has reached anew height in it's unity with the Klingon Empire, even though it's new deep space platform, Unity 1, has been destroyed.
Due to the destruction of that base and increased hostilities toward the Federation (the borg, cardassians, and dominion, just to name a few), Admiral Vest has persoanally overseen the construction of a new ship - the Mirage. Fitted with a secret cloaking device (which breaks the Treaty of Algeron), the ship is designed to patrol otherwise impossile to reach areas, gather information, and deliver sensitive supplies to in total secrecy.
