A young man from Vinewall, a small village in the north of Ravenwood, Markus realised he was one of the chosen of the Highfather when he healed his younger brother who had been wounded with a sickle. He left the following summer to study at the temple in Portraven. After learning as much as he could there, he felt that the Highfather wished for him to travel across the world. Thus far, he has been of great service and has honored his god with his actions.
He does not beleive in quick success, but hard work, a lesson learned from farming. When asked what he would wish for if he had the chance, he replied "I don't think things work that way. There's no reason to make idle wishes. You have to work for what you want. It's the way of the Highfather."
Krag Trollcrusher

Nephew of the great King Trollcrusher, Krag refuses to listen to the dwarves of Heart Mountain, thinking they should destroy the dragon that rules there instead of paying him his yearly ransom. His quest is to see the freedom of his people. He skills as a warrior have been devestating in battle. Krag is a simple-minded warrior, however, usualy taking the most direct path to his successes. He found the first piece of the Rod of Seven Parts.
Torris Kaade

Little is known about the mysterious man known as Torris. He seemed to appear out of nowhere, while the band was under attack from the Dark Queen's minions. It is known that he studies magic, and that he has some knowledge of the anicent language and culture. What secrets he holds remains to be seen.
Jesper the Scribe
A companion to the heroes, Jesper scribes their tales and lifts the company's spirits at times. Jesper is not much of a fighter, but Krag has begun teaching him to defend himself.
